Shipping policy

Effective Date: November 1, 2025

Thank you for shopping with HEROES ART.
We ship all orders directly from Israel to customers worldwide.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

Each item is handcrafted or prepared with care.
Processing times may vary depending on the product and supplier.
In most cases, orders are processed and shipped within 10–20 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom or personalized orders may take longer.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

All shipments are handled by our logistics partner ShippingToGo.
We offer two main delivery options:

  • Standard International Shipping – estimated delivery within 14–28 business days.

  • Express Shipping – available for selected destinations (rates shown at checkout).

Shipping costs are as follows:

  • Flat rate: 30 USD

  • Free shipping on orders over 750 USD

We currently ship worldwide.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
HEROES ART is not responsible for any delays or additional costs caused by customs processes.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
If confirmed, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or

  • Issue a partial or full refund, at our discretion.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us after 30 days (or 45 days for international shipments).
We will open an inquiry with the shipping carrier. If confirmed lost, we will replace or refund the order.

⚠️ Once a package is marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, HEROES ART cannot be held responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.

6. Returns and Exchanges Related to Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), HEROES ART will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other reasons (change of mind, size, style, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

7. Delivery Delays

Please note that international shipping times may vary due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.
