Returns & Exchanges Policy

Effective Date: November 1, 2025

At HEROES ART, each product is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping. Because our items are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we apply a strict but fair return policy to ensure both customer satisfaction and protection for our artists.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns are accepted only after prior written approval from HEROES ART. Please contact us before sending any item back.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom-made or personalized items, including engravings or bespoke designs.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Gift cards or digital items.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered subject to product availability.

  • Once an exchange is approved, delivery times reset and depend on the new item’s production and shipping schedule.

  • HEROES ART reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the requested item is unique or unavailable.

4. Refunds and Store Credit

  • Approved returns will generally receive a store credit for the full product value (excluding shipping).

  • In certain justified cases, a monetary refund may be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.
Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where HEROES ART is at fault (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

7. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contactus@israeliheroesart.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • The reason for the return

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

8. Final Sale Clause

HEROES ART reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions or when the reason for return is not justified.
All decisions regarding returns and exchanges are made at the sole discretion of HEROES ART.
