  • All products offered on HEROES ART are handcrafted or artist-made items. Slight variations in color, shape, or texture are natural and not considered defects.

  • We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will perfectly reflect the actual product.

  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

  • If a product is out of stock or discontinued after an order is placed, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, description, or availability at any time — even after an order has been submitted.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other authorized providers.

  • HEROES ART does not store or have access to full credit card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped worldwide from Israel through ShippingToGo.

  • Shipping rates, delivery times, and customs duties are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

  • Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, HEROES ART is not responsible for loss or theft.

  • HEROES ART is not liable for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site — including images, text, logos, graphics, and product designs — is the property of HEROES ART or its partners and is protected under copyright law.
