What makes HEROES ART unique?
HEROES ART is not just a store – it’s a mission.
Our artworks and Judaica pieces are created by Israeli reservists, Nova survivors, and local artists whose lives were forever changed on October 7th.
Each purchase directly supports them and contributes to rebuilding their communities.
What is the project’s long-term vision?
The HEROES ART project is built in two stages:
- Stage One: Donating a portion of every purchase to verified organizations that support Nova survivors, IDF reservists, and their families.
- Stage Two: Developing our own independent community projects dedicated to long-term support, rehabilitation, and empowerment of these same communities.
Our goal is not only to donate — but to create lasting change from within.
Are all of your products handmade?
Most of our items are handcrafted in Israel.Those that are not handmade were specially designed by our artists to maintain the same emotional and artistic value.Every piece is unique and made with care.
Do you donate part of the proceeds?
Yes. Between 10–15% of every order is donated to organizations that support Nova survivors, IDF reservists, and their families.We collaborate only with trusted, proven nonprofits that demonstrate direct impact on the communities we believe in and personally verify.
Can I request a custom design or personalized item?
Absolutely. Many of our artists accept custom requests such as engravings, color preferences, or personalized messages.Please reach out to us by email or WhatsApp before placing your order to discuss your idea.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship from Israel to the United States only.All orders are handled with care and include tracking updates.
How long does shipping take?
Because each item is handmade or artist-produced, please allow up to 10–20 business days for processing before shipment.Delivery time varies depending on the destination and shipping method (Standard or Express).
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, including photos of the item and packaging.We’ll review your case and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or issue a refund according to our policy.
Do your items come in special packaging?
Yes. Each order arrives in a branded gift box or protective packaging, often with a personal note from our artists – because every piece carries a story worth sharing.
